My favourite dislike (if there is such a concept) is the make up and perfume departments of the big department stores. The actual smell will make me physically sick, I will not walk through them and insist on finding another way to the part of the store that we want to get to.

Well I'm off out again tonight for another meal, being treated again. I know that I will like this one because it's a carvery. I'm not sure which one because I haven't been told yet, we were just told to be ready and we will be picked up. I think I like getting old.

Got to agree with that Phil I hate Rackhams (House of Fraser) Ground floor.
Another one is those stinking Soap shops, I hold my breath when I am walking past.

I love the perfume dept............nipped into M and S food hall after work and got a few food bargains....they always reduce stuff late evening.
Don't blame you Den, you can always guarantee M+S quality too.

Evening all, back early the days when I could make an evening of having a meal have gone. To be honest now that I'm not supposed to drink time drags a little. Nevertheless I have to report the mean was fine, not the best carvery I have had but passable.
Does anybody know why Yorkshire Puddings have to be the size of a loaf of bread these days. What happened to the days when they were flat and solid. I used to love them then. I gave tonights a miss. We went to the Robin Hood at Hall Green, its been a good while since I have been in there, but it doesn't seem to have changed much. Once again I wasn't paying but I couldn't help noticing the price only £5.95 for the carvery itself well thats not bad is it?

I notice we are having a few problems tonight with the site. I keep getting a German message, if anybody else is having the same problem this is roughly what the message says.
