Nice,clear crisp morning, had a nice walk along the front,ready for breakfast,and then off to Worthing to the street market.

morning all, not been on for ages, a few health problems with diff members of the family.

i watch mrs brown's boys and this week was the funniest yet, you know what s coming but still it makes you laugh. some weeks i dont get it tho.

When you look at the forecast you will get the temperature at this moment, say for instance -2 . Then you will get the added information feels like -6. How do they reach this conclusion, does anybody know is there a scale or they just guessing?

Just got in and now out again to walk the girls,think I deserve a medal or something.

john...SB loves his meetings and they do keep him out of relative trouble..

SB the walsall road is not far from either myself or lynne...im sure we would both find you a nice hot cuppa so take yer pick...

well ive been out for a good few hours today and im not moving an inch tomorrow..

My choice, I would rather be involved than just spend my life moaning about things. I get sick of hearing "Someone should do something about this or that". I can say at least I have had a go.
