Mainly For Brummies But All Are Welcome To Join In The Birmingham Fun & Chat
RE: OPEN ALL HOURS - 224
This is the place where Brummies used to chat about Birmingham old and new along with anything else that interests us.
We have Quizzes, Pizzas, Local History, News, Politics, Wedding Cake, Plum Pudding, Champagne, Easter Eggs and, above all, Respect for our fellow members.
We had to get a bus to Penrith, which seemed to take hours, and then a train to New St. It cost over £50 to get back but the coach company repaid us and a free trip to the Lake District, we went again, didn't enjoy it and have never been back since. Can't believe they didn't notice we weren't on the coach, and I thought I was once seen never forgotten.

It's not that I know you so well, just that I know women. Now a bloke would just say "Oh well" and go back to the pub and start to worry about it when the pub closed.
Posted by philSo What are you doing over the weekend Lyn, going anywhere nice or just having a lazy weekend?
hi phil...just having a lazy stay at home weekend...well maybe not so lazy as i really could do with cutting the grass again as rain is forecast for sunday...oh and my youngest son has been away for a week in weymouth so that will be at least a couple of loads of washing to do when he gets back tomorrow...take it you are not doing much either...
