Good morning all,

Here we are with what looks like the best day of the year so far and I've got a lousy cold. It's just typical.

Morning all, finally finished the whisky signs,
Very hot and sunny here yesterday, it's going to be the same again today,a good excuse to have a day off and spend it in the waggon, we've
got Fosters on offer at £3 a pint until the end of the month, so I think I'll take advantage.

Morning all

I'm still feeling like the proverbial rough end of a rag mans trumpet. It's no fun is it, I don't think I've slept properly for the last two nights. The wifes even moved into a spare bedroom for the duration.

Good Morning everyone.

Signman...£3 a pint? Who's taking advantage of whom.

Phil....Perhaps you need to take a leaf out of Signmans book and get a few down you.

It does sound pricey Astoness, particularly as it's on offer.

I don't actually know how much beer is, not even down the club. I don't drink the stuff very often and I have always had much more money than drinking capacity, so I have never cared about the cost.
The last price I remember with any certainty is 27p for a pint of Brew Eleven. That was when I started going to the pub in 1976, after that things become a bit hazy.
