A bit late answering about the cholesterol. The actual values can vary a bit, but roughly values for milk fat and dripping are around the same , though butter contains some water, so that would reduce the level very slightly. I think all modern margarines (and spreads other than those containing butter) in this country, with the possible exception of some bakery products, where i am not sure of the present composition, will have virtually zero cholesterol.

It's sunny and dry, a few drifting clouds.
Just had a phone call to say a good friend of mine died yesterday of pancreatic cancer,he was only in hospital a week.
