I could have entered in the Fathers sack race but I gave it a miss, it's not like a sports day any more as the competition element is removed and there are no individual winners only the various houses when the points are totted up.

Do you know I have never had a barbecue in my life. I cannot understand this passion for cooking outdoors when most of us have spent a fortune in kitting out our kitchens with the most expensive appliances available.
