Steady on Signman, we all have a different approach to this forum and so we need a variety of threads to keep us coming back.
I am sure that the rest of the posting members, like myself, read all the new posts since our last visit and take in what is written. Personally I don't reply unless I have something interesting to add or I want to provoke some thought or other reaction. I used to be hooked on Sudoku but now I spend my time reading stuff on here and playing games that get me thinking and researching stuff. I know you do the same because only yesterday you said you had solved one of Phil's photo's in the other place. And I still don't know where that is.

I expect you have a touch of wash day blues and some football related despondency so hopefully you will be back to your energetic and interesting self by the time you read this.

So Good Morning, isn't it?
VM

Morning all,
VM, you are wrong I didn't have the washday blues I was p***d had a long drinking session sat in the sun with a couple of buddies.
Ignore last nights rant and I apologise to everyone, I do get a bit fed up with the games, but that's me, so ignore me.
I'm having cold chicken curry for breakfast, which I should have eaten last night.
The weather could be on the turn today there's more cloud about and it's cooler, thankfully, there was a serious accident on the seafront road at 1 this morning and the road is still closed in both directions.
Lyn, glad your wiring is going to plan.
have a nice day ya'll.

Signman, I will go get my dad's gardening books out and have a look.
It isn't my subject so I wouldn't have a clue without the books.

Cheers everyone, I was hoping Denise might see the post and recognise the plant, it's in the pavilion gardens and is absolutley stunning especially with the purple flowers against it, it's a major photo theme for lots of visitors.

Another milestone for the forum, we now have over 14000 posts well done. With the best will in the world. I couldn't read them all much less remember them all, that's why I asked Phil to be our Moderator. He has more time and is better at than me anyway. Sorry for any offence. SB

SB, don't worry about it I probably have more time available than anyone on here, hence I tend to read everything.

I'll go with the chinese food but it has to be reheated.
Astoness, isn't fishing in at a fishery a bit like using a net in a goldfish bowl? I went fishing canals and lakes loads of times when I was a kid and still have all the kit, most of which my grandad gave me, but I never caught anything.
I think I was subconciously warning the fish away from danger.
