You would have gotten the whole of our back court in Nechells into that space. That would have included 8 back houses, 4 toilets, 2 brew houses, a shed for the dustbins and a courtyard. I think at the time I lived there there would have been 16 adults and 18 kids. They certainly knew how to utilise space in those days.

As Astoness says, "as kids everything looked a lot bigger", so I suppose my memory plays a big part in how I look at the site now, causing me to expect something much bigger, after all, it was my whole world for much of the time during my first four years.
I don't have any pictures to hand and I think most of those that exist are of me in a pram, a pushchair, a pedalcar and on a trike, ice ceam also features. Not much to see regarding the buildings though, that's all in my head. I'll dig them out though and see if there is anything of interest.

Not many do, but with the, hang on while I scroll down and have a look, oh yeah, Red eyes and green face, you are not likley to miss me in a crowd.
Well at least not in a crowd of you mere mortals.
Whereas amongst my own kind I pass as quite good looking and nothing to be alarmed at at all unless I am eating ice cream.

Astoness, it is clear that SB never tires of being hammered so I think it is time for a new smiley, perhaps a demolition ball.
If anyone should come across such a smiley then please upload it ASAP.
