Nice photo Lyn & SB, it's a shame they are not going to be able to save it. I have no doubt that Birmingham Council have got it ear marked for something. I've not doubt that if we wait a little while we will find out.

thanks phil..yes we have SB and long suffering wife jo ..frothy and templer..they made me stand in the middle...lol...tis a shame about the museum but we did our best in the time given....

I have wondered whether one of the writers of Doctors (BBC1 at 1.45) was a secret supporter of the Aston museum. Judging by one of the episodes last week (iplayer at http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01...e_Leno_La_Rona/ ) he/she certainly dosn't seem to have a high opinion of the chairman in birmingham commitees, displaying one as somerwhat senile, racist, ignorant. incompetant , disliked by his commitee members and rather mad. I know it is called Leatherbridge rather than birmingham, but the meeting is shown in the council house in birmingham

I know, I used to get up at 7:05 every morning but just lately I have been happy to get up after 8. I must get back into the earlier habit as I am going out later and later every day.

Don't encourage me. I hope to take advantage of the hour change to GMT at the end of the month and try to keep on BST. Sometimes it works for a few weeks but this year I am off to a different time zone at the beginning of November so my internal clock will get all messed up anyway.
