its easy froth...just get the mover out...plug it in...place it on the grass..press the button and put one foot in front of the other.. [Laugh Out Loud]

HI all

am glad iv found others who dont get along with the heat. it makes my muscles swell up, even my hands swell up and have to put them under cold water to get them back to normal.

sun lovers think you are moaning and dreadful if you dont like it, roll ont he winter. you can at least wrap up from the cold, thermals, hand and feet warmers and a good brisk walk. cant wait.

oh good its going to rain, im walking around limping and looking as if im on my last legs, whilst everyone is happy because the suns out.

do you have to wear dark glasses in the sun then phil. sun worshipers dont realise what it s like for those of us who dont like the heat. tho i suppose we dont get a lot of it.

I don't wear sun glasses, but I have to pay extra to have my prescription glasses treated with various coatings. The only ones I don't have treated are my reading glasses which I only use in the house.
