Have only just seen the picture of the scaffolding. Are you sure it is Harborne clock tower. If you hadn't told me I would have thought it was a pagoda in the chinese quarter. Maybe the council are trying to develop a new chinese quarter in Harborne

Good morning to you all on this chilly morning. 10.30 a.m. and the weekly shop is done thanks to an early start. I'm always glad when that is done.
