SB, I am still waiting for paint to be delivered, like I said a couple of posts ago I will never use Royal Mail again for any delivery, good job the client is a friend of mine and prepared to wait to have the job done.
I have just e-mailed the supplier and asked them to refund my card.
Can't you rig up a shelter to do your painting in.
No to a shelter John, The Bench is six feet long and I havn't got the space I'll just have to be patient. I have a few days off next week I hope I can do it then. At least I'm getting a bit of a rest.
morning john..i suggest SB brings his bench into the kitchen to paint it...at this rate it will never get done...
dont know what happening here but i can only post if i am quoting this message...

Lyn, I think SB is just using the rain as an excuse, don't think he really wants to do it,wonder if his missus ever reads this.
I certainly is a foul day today only suitable for ducks, got many on the beach today John? people I mean not ducks.

Yes John my missus does sometimes read this, (when I show her).
Also no I ain't Skiving, I really want this bench painted. Sitting out in the Sun doing the painting would be the skive.
I started out with nothing and Iv'e still got most of it left

We have had torrential rain and gale force winds all day, there's a tree outside my window which has been virtually horizontal for most of the day,
I've even closed all my windows which is something I hardly ever do, but we do need the rain.
Been the same here since around 8.am. yes we certainly need the rain.
