I know Phil, just had a phone call to say they are re-imbursing the £9, and if I haven't received it by tomorrow night ,there will be no charge.
They have just delivered a parcel next door !
Amazon was my first call to get things moving.
Let's hope the get their money back from the PO.

I know it's not the fault of Amazon, but they are pushing their luck by guaranteeing a delivery time by Royal Mail, so therefore they are just as much to blame as far as I'm concerned.

Credit where credit is due, I have never had a problem with Amazon but there again I have never requested a next day delivery. You must be in a hurry to get the book, is it a good one?

[Hammers] very funny SB..my uncles sister lived at the foot of the hills and i used to visit quite often....must find out how far my sister is living from the lickeys....i get off the no 49 weoley castle bus at the first stop on the rednal road...just wonderering if thats the bus to the lickeys as well....i will ask the driver todaay...
