I walked in to Moor St, where the only train on offer was to Spring St, Fox Hollies. So I took that and walked the rest of the way home. As I said quite invigorating. We must do it again soon.

My son tells me 8 inches of snow in Hollywood/Wythall can't get car out of his road, i have been checking road reports it appears to be bad in my area M42/M5 am I in Devon for christmas?

I am much relieved that you are starting to post after a quiet afternoon, I didn't even set out as I was concerned about the return jouney. I wish I could have been there.
Signman, although he didn't make it is still missing in my book, does anyone have any information on him?
Bernie and Frothy may also have run foul of the weather and we await their posts.

So, I rang Signmans mobile phone and amongst the laughing and swearing, he really does not know how to use a cellphone, I gathered that he is in company and appears to be safe and well and maybe a little drunk.

I should perhaps point out that I didn't speak to Signman, it was more a case of me listening in.
Mikejee posted during the afternoon so I assumed he is at home.
Phil vanished for a while but was later seen in a superman outfit in the outskirts of Shirley.

Bernie appears to be a Sparky, so if he has been on the beer with a bunch of other sparkies then he is probably lying in a gutter outside a curry house somewhere or he is only in a police cell wishing he hadn't got out of bed this morning.
But then they aren't all like me, and that was only until I was 22, so perhaps he had a nice afternoon and is at home in bed.
