Tried to change my avatar to something seasonal and it would not change.Said I was not supported,finallytook my third choice.

Morning All,
Denise your avatar either must have been using a format not supported by the site or it might have been to big. Was the avatar you used a different format than the one accepted. Right click on the image and then click properties and it will tell you what format is being used.
