Denise, I always find that if I get a sore throat from some known cause, such as choking on orange juice, I get a cold immediately after, I think the sore throat lowers my resistance. Could just be a coincidence of course.

That is interesting VM.Could be something in that. Back to prefects,I was a prefect once,had to keep small kids out of the building at lunchtime. There was a phone in the library with an outside line,we all used it now and again,guess who got copped using it ??I was no longer a prefect LOL

morning den..plenty of home made honey and fresh lemon drinks is what i advise..works for me.. volty i too used to be a prefect at senior school..god knows why though as i used to get up to all sorts and i could get away with it
