Re the toms that had had it,it could have been blight, this has been around a lot the last few years.Blight affects potatoes and toms.
Thanks Denise,
blight sounds about right, I suppose the only way to find out if we are clear is to grow some and see.

That's coming on nicely Denise. have you thought about growing something from a pot up into a trellis, that would give you a bit more scope?

VM in answer to your question, I have consulted with she who knows everything, and the statue was purchased from the Garretts Green Garden Centre.

Big pot has a small Miss Bateman a clematis planted in it.Jim will put me a trellis up behind it soon if I ask him at least fifty three times a day .
Smaller pot lemon Balm in that piccie.
Otherwise an assortment of pots that I will get arranged right one day soon.
Notice the old water pump, sadly not working anymore.
What did little Miss Bateman ever do to you, to deserve being buried in a pot with a shrub?

Picked these Roses from our caravan garden.
It is a bit of a scrappy rose bush but these blooms have the most wonderful perfume,so strong you could smell them in the caravan.Better than any air freshner.
Den I can smell those Roses from here.
