That garbage isn't piled up, it has been heaped up by people who should be prosecuted.
The bags are not neatly stacked as could easily have been the case, they have just been flung on the heap.
The rubbish doesn't belong to the council until they collect it from your property so this mess is just fly tipping.

Correct. As I have said SOME of the local people are not fit to be called Humans.

Are you also aware that if you sniff the bin after it has been emptied, you can tell who the bin man was who tipped it.

Our bins are being emptied at the moment.
The truck is an Olympus Twin Pack so the recycling on the right and the garbage on the left never meet.

A stereoscopic camera?
The green waste was also taken away this afternoon, they were referring to paperwork so as to visit the correct houses.

This strike has backfired. According to the early reports the council were looking to stop using agency workers and get the regular apes to do a full week.
We are getting a better service from the agency guys, they take everything, leave the bins neatly placed and no mess.
They are probably happy to be working, unlike the regulars who think they are doing us a favour just for turning up and want to get home as soon as possible, screw the job.
Time to start getting rid of the strikes ringleaders.
