Evening all ,what a day ,snow on and of all morning ,then rain all afternoon ,suppose to be spring ,don't feel like it here .Hope you all had a good day.

Hi Astwood, I would be lying if I said I hadn't felt them coming out, But about 4 or 5 out 18 actually hurt so I got off light I think. It's still a bit tender of course but I have a lot more movement in my knee. Whoopie Physio tomorrow.

It should start getting a bit better day by day now mate

Hi S B how's the knee now ?.Weather man said march 1st is the official start of spring ,don't seem like it here.
