morning Lyn, It's been hammering down for hours here. I am off out soon, time to have the staples out of my knee. Not looking forward to it but I'll be glad when it's done.

Hi Astwood, I would be lying if I said I hadn't felt them coming out, But about 4 or 5 out 18 actually hurt so I got off light I think. It's still a bit tender of course but I have a lot more movement in my knee. Whoopie Physio tomorrow.
