Met someone yesterday Graham that had her ankle replaced some years ago. Sshe was always a keen walker did all the exercises etc afterwards, and after about a year she was back almost to normal. Only thing is, now, a few years later, it is her other ankle that slows her down

Thanks for that Mike, all I can say Anklewise is that my ankle is getting stronger. Thankfully my other ankle is very strong. The one that was operated on was badly sprained about thirty years ago, then around 18 years ago some Pillock rammed it with one of the forks of a pallet truck with half a ton of paper on it. So although there was some arthritis in there, there was a fair bit of damage. My other knee on the other hand.............
