Good evening everyone. I was sorry to hear of the Death of David Bowie. While I was never a fan and wasn't keen on his work I would never speak ill of the dead and totally respect his loss.
But radio 2 has been whining on about him all day and will be all evening. Just about everyone and his mate have been on pushing their own name forward.
Bowie must have been best mates with most of the western world.
No one has pointed out that he has battled serious illness for a long time and is now at peace and out of pain. If he was a relative of mine I would thank God that he wasn't suffering anymore. RIP Mr Bowie, it's a great shame that the media have to capitalise on your demise. SB

Evening All went to the doctors today for my check up My weight has gone up to
17 and a half stone i must give up my cadbury mini rolls

I have been up to 15 and a half stone, I felt uncomfortable most of the time.

I was 14 stone for the last few years when i was at work so i need to get dieting

Through being overweight I was diagnosed with type two Diabetes as I have said before. it made me lose two and a half stone.
