I had the shock of my life recently. An old chap living just around the corner from us died. Well Les was very sprightly as fit as a fiddle if not possibly underweight. Always ready for a bit of banter and certainly walked better than I can at the moment. I was absolutely stunned when my wife told me he was 94. I would easily have taken him for 74. RIP Les.

My mate used to say he would give his wife anything, unfortunately she wouldn't take it.
