Having worked in many different schools throughout Birmingham and seen just what goes on. I don't know about rescinding the "no touch" rule . To be quite honest I don't know how the staff keep their hands off some of the kids.

But from a point of view of a parent and grandparent I have also seen first hand the tricks and antics that headmasters, teachers and governors will get up to and the bare faced lies they will tell to protect their job & position.

BREAKING NEWS
The United States and Britain warned their citizens on Sunday of an increased risk of terrorist attacks in Europe, with Washington saying al Qaeda might target transport infrastructure.

This seems to be a serious threat throughout Europe , they seem to think a commando type attack like the one in India is imminent and in more than one country , lets hope they are wrong or they foil it

This one does look serious it's not often a Europe wide warning is made. especially when we have a severe threat warning anyway.
