How uncivilised are you? Don't you know its the only way to eat a cream cake. Only I would use Daddies Sauce.

Morning Lyn, very cloudy and dull here after yesterdays constant rain.
I'm not doing much today, going for a wander, and to take a couple of photos of one of the Brighton Belle carriages outside the Brighton centre where it's on show over the weekend prior to being restored, and the whole train is being ressurected and put back into service.

Good morning everyone, it's nice to hear the Brighton Belle is being restored John it was a classic in it's day. I'm glad it wasn't just scrapped in the first place. SB

I've walked past this buiding a million times, it's been like this for over 20 years, looks like it was once a pub, albeit a small one.
The other possibility is it was the entrance to York buildings which you can see to the left rear.
Regardless it is on the corner of Pool Valley coach station, (an open square) and seen by thousands whilst waiting for their coaches.
I have often felt like pinching the coat of arms (whose I do not know) and restoring it, but to what avail.
To the right of it is the coach booking office and waiting room, a pathetic example for a city.
