Yes I realise that, but why do they do it? Do they think five minutes looking at a tin of beans is going to alter it in any way. Mind you a look from my wife has been know to freeze a person at 20 paces.

Phil

Phil I can't believe that you still don't understand. That may be only a tin of Beans to you, at that precise moment It's absolute POWER your wife has you in a holding pattern BECAUSE SHE CAN. Think yourself lucky it wasn't tomatoes. she would be looking to see where they came from, this adding to the choice could have you there for days. Then it would be your fault that you were there for so long because you didn't decide what you wanted straight away. Tell me any part of this that isn't true. SB
Good evening by the way.

Good Evening SB

Yes but I only put up with it for so long, then if the supermarket has a café I go for a cup of coffee and read my paper. If not I go and sit in the car.

My wife Jo writes shopping lists, very precise, nothing missed off so that we don't forget anything. Occasionally she remembers to take it with her.

I always used to take my list of jobs out with me, put it on the passenger seat and then not look at it all day until I get back home.
Now I don't bother with a list, I only visit one premises per day. it amounts to the same thing but no frustration or regrets.

Good morning all,

It certainly looks very nice out here, but I haven't been outside yet so I shouldn't really make a judgement. After saying that I think it will be a nice day.

Is anybody else having a problem with the forum running slow, or is it a problem my end. I was just wondering if these animated adverts were causing the problem. According to what the support forum says they are an experiment that will end shortly.
