The trouble we find in Brum John is yes designs get turned down. But then they are referred to Bristol and almost always win planning permission on appeal.
Another trick is to present three sets of plans to be voted on by the local community. Two of them of course are totally unworkable and cause the most upheaval and inconvenience.
The set of plans that they want to use of course gets voted in by default. The system is corrupt in the extreme money always talks. SB
