That wouldn't be a good idea Denise, as soon as you take it out of the freezer, which will have done it no good whatsoever, condensation will form, if you power it up while it is wet with condensation you will almost certainly destroy the control circuitry which is mounted outside of the sealed chamber. Just keep it dry and safe, do not handle it without taking anti static precautions, until you get the external drive caddy. Temperature control may be important if it overheats in use but do not try to cool it with anything than will induce condensation and don't power it up until you are ready to try and copy the data from it. that coach was so comfy i could have stayed on it all day...only found out about the open day this morning so i downed me paste brush and went...the collection of vehicles at the museum was great...

Afternoon all, Here's the band we had at the Waggon yesterday, a damp day but very enjoyable,looks a bit sparse but there's about 60 people behind me and another 50 odd indoors scoffing all the food.
