Good for you Phil, technology is not all it's made out to be. Going to bed to read the Tommy Dorsey biography, and relax after a hard day, done the Times crossword with Rachel, and now bored out of my brains, eating new spuds, mushy peas, and fish, good night all.
night john....and phil i agree its a good idea to hang onto any old retro stuff you have.. my lads still have old games and consoles from 20 years back....its raining quite hard now..glad i got in before it started....
Yes thanks Lyn, you wouldn't believe how difficult it is trying to get a nice present for someone who can't see and has everything she needs. We settled for nightwear, but of course you can't do that every year.
I started out with nothing and Iv'e still got most of it left
must be difficult SB..still at least you managed to get something...have to be up early again in the morning...off to the civic reception..got some cracking seats too...

I only wish I had held on to my 1k ZX81 the first real programmable computer, now that will be worth something in years to come.
