To tell the truth I have been poking about your neck of the woods this afternoon. I took the wife, granddaughter and great grandson over to Matlan at Stechford and then over to Sheldon Country Park for a play on the swings and before you ask no I wasn't scared and I didn't fall off.
I had the good sense to spend the day in Shirley, until very late, thereby avoiding the threat of being run down by Phil's pantechnicon. I did hear there was some traffic trouble on the hill and Matalan had to close due to lack of stock but that's old news. Good news for the charity shops in Solihull though. No Signman, I do not know anyone called Shirley.
