I am a Brummie Den and well proud of it's history. But over the years I have noted it's changes in various ways and seen certain districts degenerate beyond recognition. I would gladly move to the Isle of Wight and never come back.

Not that cheap Phil, it's not a bad average for it's location. The main problem is work, if you don't need to work there you can have a good life.
