Always bad news, some of these are carried out only too easily. Trouble is with private landlords they know they can re-let dead easy.

evening all...we had a heavy ground frost this morning...always get it bad as im on high ground...fed up now of these fireworks going off...well actually they are not fireworks in the sense as we know them...they are more like bombs going off...
