Hi lyn , my mom always use to say a milky drink helps you get to sleep,don't know if it works not keen on milky drinks,try port and brandy.

nothing on my mind to keep me awake SB....ive not been a good sleeper for years now...

jo i think i will get some of that ovaltiney drink tomorrow..never tried it but its worth a go....if i started on the port and brandy you wouldnt see me for a month...

Yea but think of the fun you could have in a month,you do realise when you buy ovaltine you need to learn to sing the ovaltinies song.

Evening all ,easy day today, jan not felling to good, on the evening news,birmingham council cutting a further 6,ooo jobs ,soon have no one left working for them.
