Hi S B it's not very nice working indoors when the weathers warm ,one place I worked they brought free drinks ,and salt tablets in the summer,nights were best in the hot weather.

evening all..i wont be very chatty tonight...had a rubbish nights sleep...if you can call it sleep..up again at 4 and decided i may as well stay up...if any of you have any good tips for getting a good nights sleep which in my case means more than 3 hours without waking up please let me know..(not sleeping tablets though)

Evening Lyn. Lack of sleep is usually something on your mind. My answer is counting backwards from !000. if you lose count or make a mistake , you must start again. It will drive you mad but usually tires me out.
