evening all...well ive had a good day....not....went to take a black bag down to the bins behind the shed at 7.30 this morning and like an idiot i should have used the steps either side of the ramp..never noticed the ramp was icy and crash bang whollop i went down like ten ton of you know what..hurt me knee and foot which is now strapped up so im limping now and also hurt both sides of me nether regions..no bruising as yet...the first one to laugh about this most unfortunate accident will get you know what...
