Good afternoon everyone just had a busy morning, off to the Vets for cat food. Then back home then off to Birmingham , six laps a5 high speed around the town, the Tesco's Yardley shopping trip. Now back home. Just got through a tiring game of Rugby Scotland just lost 22-19 to Italy, have just settled down to watch Wales play France I have been training all week for tomorrows game England -Ireland
