evening astwood my sister is only 56 arthritis in the knees back and neck now and has to use a walking stick..she will never work again...on lots of pain killers.. she will have to have both knees done eventually but they are holding it off for as long as possible because of her age..

My knees are bad as well but i will stick with it but my dog is missing his long walks

Astwood you are dead right about the damp, I have had big problems since we had all that wet weather.

morning all...dull start to the day...its meant to be 21 so if that is right i will finish off the end of season tidy up in the back garden...new fence panels to be painted on sunday but ive got the barmy army roped in to do that one

Hello and good evening everyone, at least you are not talking about me for once.
I am here tonight but I am out tomorrow night at a meeting. Had a good but very busy day today I will be happy when Glad is back. She is off terrorising Benidorm at the moment.
