NO SB.
Think back 34 years. You arranged for me to get my first professional haircut. "Just go to Blades at 10am Saturday morning" you said, "tell Chris, Graham sent you".

I think Chris was a girl.

No it wasn't. It was also the birth of my centre parting.

Anyway, why would a normal person get out of bed earlier than absolutely neccessary, go into town for no obviously pressing reason, have breakfast and then leave town before any other normal person would even be awake?
Doesn't make any sense.

Who said it was the most sensible thing to do, and since when did I fit that category.

I don't know about raining for 40 days and nights, I think it rained 40 times just today.
I was in Shirley, on the Cranmore Estate, I like working there because it is always pleasant and peaceful. I also like the journey because it is downhill all the way there and back, which makes for good petrol consumption figures. I raised mine from 17 to 17½ MPG. So anyway it was raining then it was sunny then it was raining then it was sunny, etc, etc, the clouds would blow in then thirty minutes later they would just blow away to give a clear blue sky then thirty minutes after that they were back. Very odd.

Don't expect sense from country yokels. I gave up trying to understand what they were saying ages ago.
