Yes the bully was chilly yesterday morning, according to my phone it's -4 right now so it's a bit chillier than yesterday. No snow at the moment but I think it may be coming.

Lets face it we could go up and down the country to each Council and find equally as bad wastes of the ratepayers money. The trouble is no Council employee is ultimately responsible for the money. It is always an elected official that carries the can, and while I don't want to be seen as defending them I have to say that very often they haven't a clue what is going on.

If you are referring to the Avatar I was a strapping 28 year old there and I looked about 15. It's always been my problem because of my size and stature I always looked much younger than I actually was. I'm paying for it now because I look and feel about 90.
