I thought I recognised the building, I didn't realise it used to be a forge. Its a nice place I've always admired it. I used to drink in the Cock just down the road from there, not that I would any more. I popped in there a few years back to have a drink with my sister and brother in law who were over from Ireland (don't ask they are both born & bred brummies).
I was absolutely disgusted what they had done to the pub, it used to be a lovely quiet country pub, now they have knocked all the rooms into one and its a young louts paradise. They have bouncers on the doors who just watch lads rolling round the floor fighting. I don't think I will be going there again.

Morning all,
Just been for my morning stroll, very sunny and bright, not too cold, frost only in gardens, all in all a glorious day.
Off to do the Eton job about 10 ish, will take me until 6 ish and same tomorrow, then I'm doing nothing until after you know what, unless someone offers me a few grand to write Seasons Greetings on their window.
