I didn't gone again i was transferring my technical expertise from the Blackbury to the laptop which didn't want to come out of it's bag. Then it was a bit slow to turn on, (the story of my life). ahh diddums SB.....i wonder how phil is getting on at this bonfire hes gone to...if i find out hes has partaken too much of the vino i shall most certainly be getting the mallets out on him in the morning.... talking about fireworks they are off again tonight but ive got the cats in so thats ok...im sure they get louder every year..i can barely hear the tv above the racket..

My mom used to do that on a cold day when she came in from the cold, lift the back of her skirts and warm her drawers. I just surprised she never blew the fire out. [Let Me Think]

I remember when women had sat too long in front of a coal fire their legs became mottled and patchy , Im pretty sure there was an abusive saying for that but can't remember
