I had piles once a long time ago ,they are extremly painfull ,had to get one of these blow up rings the kids have at the seaside to help me to sit.

When you lot have quite finished, I would like to point out that I do not suffer from bloody piles. Actually it's probably the one thing I don't suffer from.
