Of course no on will face disciplinary action, it's no one else's job to look after their children except theirs unless the Nanny was there?
Even so, If there were security officers looking after them isn't it a bit worrying that they don't notice when one of their party goes missing? Surely kidnapping of the PM's daughter is one of the things they (security) would be particulary looking out for.
