I agree. Obviously the firm had not done enough comprehensive long term testing.

Testing for more than 20ms is clearly a waste of any company's resources.
Now the poor battered victims of the tea powder early release syndrome will have to invest in some sort of filter.
It's called a "Tea Strainer"

Volty
You obviously do not drink tea, else you would know that the powder in teabags would not be filtered out with the typical tea strainer

Good Point Mike.
I do drink tea but I buy military grade teabags, even then the powder diffuses out of the bags and collects in the bottom of the tea bag jar.

I wish I could drink tea, a change of a drink would be very nice. As it happens I couldn't drink tea if I was dying of thirst.

I think you would make an exception under that circumstance SB.
After a recent day out at the NEC I have become accustomed to drinking tea without milk, which is good as I am slightly intolerant of heated milk even in the very tiny amount I used to take.
I haven't put sugar in hot drinks for forty years. That leaves me with a mug of coloured, slightly flavoured, caffeinated hot water.
Doesn't seem right somehow.
