School children not Toilet Trained

I have heard these stories from our School over the last year or so.

It seems to be the problem in deprived areas (where are they?) that they are taking children into nursery schools at the age of three. When they wouldn't take them until they were clean, they didn't have this problem because the parents made sure they were toilet trained in time.

Phil some of these children were considerably older than three. On of the problems is that some of the parents were little more than children themselves.

The mind boggles.Never found it very difficult to train mine but it does need a bit of dedication for a while.
