Well I must say I am feeling much better. Still got a bit of a cough but it is going. Unfortunately Jo and Nick have the bug now and the three of us all coughing through the night just isn't funny.

Evening all ,sorry to hear your all coughing and jo and nick have caught it ,try a hot drink just sip it .I have problem's with coughing as it comes with emphysema ,I find a hot drink helps at night ,in fact I take a small thermos flask to bed with me every night ,just in case.Hope you all feel a lot better very soon.
