Margret who works in the local chemists has suffered with the same cough since October, same story, seen the Doctor, and no good , so she has tried each cough medicine that the Chemist sells and she has recommended the Garlic Liquifruita cough linctus. It has to be the most disgusting liquid offered as a cough remedy, thick garlic oil with the ear of bat the taste is enough to scare the cough away.

Night Nurse, I remember taking half a bottle of it one night. I didn't worry about the cough. I thought I was on another planet. Mind you that might have been the bottle of Scotch.
