These so called modern countries are all the same, in some places they are still in the dark ages, they do not have the technical know how to operate plants like this to their full extent yet alone deal with an emergency when it arises.

Awful thing to happen .

I simply can't understand how any country, company, county or town, anywhere in the world except perhaps India, would build a burstable reservoir above ground level, with a number of towns in it's flood plain, then fill it with caustic toxic liquid waste. This wasn't an just an accident it was the inevitable outcome of gross stupidity. I hope they have corporate murder and manslaughter laws in Hungary.
