Signman,
The inverter simply provides mains power where you don't need it, in a car.
I have never seen much use for them myself.

SB,
As the laptop is the new component in your wireless network it would be logical to suspect that as the faulty item before blaming the existing components.
Do you have any other devices that use Wi-Fi?

Good Morning all,

I hope you are all in fine fettle, can I remind you all to make any suggestions concerning the betterment of the forum on the suggestion thread as I intend to start blocking out a survey today. hopefully for posting early next week. You will be able to answer the survey on forum or by PM it will be up to you.

My computer seems to be behaving itself at the moment, but the day is young yet. Lets hope that Virgin have sorted the problem, because I was beginning to think it was a computer malfunction.

I'm probably asking for something that already exists but a list of latest posts would be good . My reply box is retaining my last post again , neither of these are a problem really but if they can be done great . Bernie

Bernie

If you go to the bottom of the front page, under the line where it says statistics you will see where it says "Newest Post" I think you might find this is what you require. As for your last post remaining, as I explained recently this is supposed to be in case you are halfway through typing a lengthy post and somehow you loose the forum. When you return what you posted will still be there.

We have all done it, in fact if I am typing a lengthy post then I usually do it on Word and cut and paste to here, this exercise is now not required. Although I have to be honest I still do it, force of habit I suppose.
