Morning All,

Another busy day in front of me today, this is the problem with doing nothing all year round. Come Christmas all those little jobs you have been putting off have to be done. It's either that or face the wrath of the other half in full flow and that is something to be avoided.

Get a mug add a large tot of Navy Rum, honey, lemon juice, 1/2 lemon rind, and nutmeg. Add a cinnamon stick in the mug. pour in boiling water and stir well to blend.
Add honey and lemon juice to suit your taste.

After a few of these you won't be worried about your cold.

hope you feel better soon steph..my daughter is down with something..she sounds awful..i always take honey and fresh lemon but i shall just write down john and phils bits to add into it....pouring down here in brum..
